Role

Senior Software Engineer (Founding Team)

What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with the founding team to define, design, and implement the core product.
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, bringing your technical expertise to the table.
Take ownership of entire features from conception to deployment, and iterate based on user feedback.
Set up and maintain the tech infrastructure, including cloud services, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
Set up data storage solutions and ensure data integrity and security.
Optimize system performance and scalability to support a growing user base.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong command of Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications in production environments.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Passion for building efficient and scalable systems from the ground up.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Experience in payment processing or integrating with payment gateways, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
